This investigation was conducted to evaluate the antimicrobial effectiveness of agar disc diffusion method and determine inhibition zone Curcuma amada (CA) rhizome extracts (petroleum ether, dichloromethane, chloroform) against 12 bacterial species 4 fungal species. The zones were compared those Ciprofloxacin Griseofulvin for antibacterial antifungal activities, respectively. findings revealed that organisms under examination showed significant as well development during experiment typical form C. can be used treat illnesses. So, this plant could find natural compounds are bioactive make new medicines.
